The Product Manager - Empower+ is responsible for driving continuous improvements with the Vivacity Tech Empower+ warranty including but not limited to ensuring adequate inventory levels, reducing inventory aging, improving procurement costs of Chromebook parts and devices, working with vendors to ensure best-in-class quality of parts, ISO9001 reporting and communicating with internal customers.

While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience with Empower+, identify and fill service level gaps to improve customer experience and drive growth 
  • Create buy-in for the Empower+ vision both internally and with customers 
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies 
  • Gather and analyze data to identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs 
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact 
  • Understand inventory levels versus consumption rates  
  • Issue purchase orders to vendors  
  • Understand the requirements needed to deliver a best-in-class warranty experience for our customers 
  • Develop subject matter expertise in assigned product categories and take ownership of daily business administration on assigned accounts 
  • Work with vendors to ensure lowest product acquisition costs possible without compromising product quality
  • Provide data to leadership as needed showing improvement in various KPIs

  • Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
  • Ability to work independently

Education & Experience :

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
